My 2022 GMC truck died in the street while visiting Gainesville. Called a tow truck under my roadside assistance plan and they took me to Davis Gainesville GMC service dept. Been buying and servicing vehicles there for several years. Wouldn't be doing it if you weren't treating us well. Getting tired and annoyed by 3,4,5 surveys after every visit. Particularly when we are told that anything ahead that anything other than "perfect or 10" means failure. It's a disservice and insult to intelligence to both your employees and customers.

unsatisfactory customer service. waited 4 hrs in waiting room.. was told it would take 2 hrs.waiting on part for car to be ordered. could have been ordered same day as appointment. was told by Rachel she would not be at work after giving her 3 dates to have car repaired. to this date still waiting for part to be ordered & car to be repaired. paid over $240 for diagnostics to be done. requesting to speak to general manager or regional manager.

I had an intermittent problem, nothing serious. The service advisor took all the info and asked pertinent questions to pinpoint the problem as much as they could. On the way over to the dealership, it didn't act up once. The tech took the time and checked everything and hooked computers to it. They asked if they could drive the truck and see if they could find the problem, absolutely. It never acted up once. I thought they did absolutely everything they could have to get it to act up and I am very pleased.

I took my truck for service and received a negative response to my requests. I had a question about whether an item could be covered under a warranty and the manager said no but he would request from gmc to consider covering it. I never received a call back after 5 times of calling and leaving messages requesting a response.
