The employees are excellent and very helpful. We bought a dealer car, still new but someone from the dealership had been driving so it had to be cleaned and detailed before we got it. The detailing was mid. There was sticky stuff in the cupholder and on the inside door. There is also a decent scratch on the right passenger outside door that we did not notice right away. I want it buffed out.

The dealership did make that right by bringing us back to detail it again and gave us a tank of gas but the cleaning then too was not great. I also was never given paperwork showing my oil change and things like that but was assured it was done on the vehicle I bought used.
